Jesus: Man of Action – The Beginning Mark 1:1-8

#1 I CAN TRUST THE WORD OF GOD.

There’s nothing like the written Word of God for showing you the way to salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. Every part of Scripture is God-breathed and useful one way or another—showing us truth, exposing our rebellion, correcting our mistakes, training us to live God’s way. Through the Word we are put together and shaped up for the tasks God has for us. 2 Timothy 3:14-17 (MSG)

#2 I CAN TRUST GOD TO KEEP HIS PROMISES.

Concerning this salvation, the prophets, who spoke of the grace that was to come to you, searched intently and with the greatest care, trying to find out the time and circumstances to which the Spirit of Christ in them was pointing when he predicted the sufferings of the Messiah and the glories that would follow. 1 Peter 1:10-11

#3 I CAN TRUST GOD TO SEND A MESSENGER.

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Matthew 9:37-38 (NIV)

# 4 I CAN TRUST JESUS, THE MAN OF ACTION.
